The 7th International Conference on Discourse, Communication and Enterprise (DICOEN VII) will be held on 18-20 October 2013 and will be hosted by the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China, following the successes of the first six conferences on the same theme (Lisbon 2001, Vigo 2003, Rio de Janeiro 2005, Nottingham 2007 and Milan 2009, Hong Kong 2011). DICOEN VII aims to promote interaction and discussion among researchers interested in the relevance of discourse and communication to the world of business, and to expand research networks among scholars working in the area of discourse and communication in organisational settings.

Payment of the registration fee covers the cost to attend the main conference and the concurrent sessions, coffee breaks and conference meals. Notice that this registration fee does NOT cover the cost of transportation and accommodation.

Call for Papers:

Contributions are invited from scholars working in a variety of disciplines including: linguistics, discourse analysis, communication studies, organisation studies, management studies, sociology, anthropology, social psychology, economics, marketing, etc.

Submission Guidelines:

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (Times New Roman, 12 Font, single-space) and should also contain the following information: the title of the paper, author name, affiliation, postal address and email address.
