Meeting Description:

We are pleased to announce the 18th International Conference of Pan-Pacific Association of Applied Linguistics. It will be held from August 19 to August 20, 2013, at Ajou University in Suwon, Korea. The conference will be organized by the PAAL Korea (Pan-Pacific Association of Applied Linguistics Korea). The theme of the 18th Conference is Insights into Theory and Practice from Diverse Educational Perspectives.

Call for Papers:

If you are interested in presenting your research, please submit your abstract at http://linguistlist.org/confservices/2013 PAAL Conference.

1) File type: MS Word 2000 or above 
2) Length: should not exceed one page (A4) 
3) Presentation Type: Please let us know your presentation type by naming your abstract file as follows: last name-2013abstract-type of presentation (e.g. Kim-2013abstract-oral; Kim-2013abstract-poster)

Oral: 20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A 
Poster: all-day display + two hour discussion

Deadline for abstract submission: May 31, 2013  
Notification of acceptance: June 7, 2013 
Deadline for proceedings submission: July 30, 2013
