Meeting Description:

We are pleased to announce that the workshop on Formal Approaches to Russian Linguistics will be held in Moscow on March 19-20, 2014 at the Faculty of Philology, Lomonosov Moscow State University as part of the the 5th International Congress of Russian Language Researchers 'Russian Language: its Historical Destiny and Present State'.

Yakov Testelets (Russian State University for the Humanities)

2nd Call for Papers: 

Abstract Guidelines: 

Abstracts are invited for 20-minute presentations (plus 10 minutes discussion) on topics dealing with formal aspects of any area of theoretical Russian phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and language acquisition. Abstracts should be anonymous and no longer than two pages, including examples and references, with margins of at least 1 inch/2,5 cm, in 12-point type. 

Abstract Submission: 

Abstracts should be sent electronically to farl.workshop.2014 at gmail.com as attachments in .RTF, .doc or .docx format. The author's information (name, affiliation, telephone and fax numbers, email address and mailing address) together with the title of the paper should be in a separate file. 

Workshop languages will be English and Russian. Further information about the workshop will be gradually posted at our website at http://otipl.philol.msu.ru/library/seminars/farl/.
