Description:

The Department invites applications for a Research Assistant Professorship(Ref. 1314/029(482)/2) in the newly established Laboratory for Language, Learning, and the Brain. Applicants from any disciplines whose research addresses aspects of speech and language broadly defined are welcome. 

Applicants should have (i) a relevant PhD degree; and (ii) experience in basic and clinical research across the lifespan. Those with experience in behavioral, neural, and genetic research will also be considered. Broad thinkers with good quantitative skills are particularly preferred.  

Appointment will be made on contract basis for up to three years commencing January 2014 or as soon as possible thereafter.  

Review of applications will begin in October 2013 and only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
