Conference theme: Recipient design / Adressatenzuschnitt

This conference is the annual main event for conversation and discourse analysts in German-speaking countries. This year it aims at highlighting verbal and multimodal practices as well as dimensions and tasks of recipient design. Further relevant issues include recipient design in multiparty interaction and the relation of recipient design to other concepts of interaction analysis.

Call for Papers:

We encourage contributions which highlights verbal and multimodal practices as well as dimensions and tasks of recipient design. Further relevant issues include recipient design in multiparty interaction and the relation of recipient design to other concepts of interaction analysis.

Contribution formats include individual papers (25min + 25min discussion), workshops/data sessions (120min), posters and short project presentations (15min).

Papers can be given in German and English. However, German will be the main conference language.
Abstracts should be up to 2500 characters long and comprise research question(s) and results, data and methods used as well as research progress. 

They should be submitted to tagung at gespraechsforschung.de by November 17, 2013.
 
Notification of acceptance will be sent out by December 30, 2013.
