Description:

The Department of Linguistics in the Faculty of Arts and Science at the 
University of Toronto invites applications for an eighteen-month 
contractually limited term appointment (CLTA) in Psycholinguistics 
with a focus on language processing at or above the sentence level at 
the rank of Assistant Professor, effective January 1, 2015.

The position involves teaching courses in psycholinguistics, 
experimental design, and quantitative methods at the undergraduate 
and graduate levels, with other courses to be determined. Successful 
applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in Linguistics or related area 
specializing in language processing, by January 1, 2015 or shortly 
thereafter, have a record of excellence in research, and a demonstrated 
commitment to excellence in teaching. Responsibilities include 
teaching and supervision at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
