Meeting Description:

The 18th edition of the International Colloquium on Latin Linguistics (ICLL) is devoted to all aspects of Latin linguistics: phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and text structure. 

Approaches to Latin can be from a synchronic or a diachronic perspective, but must correspond to the period of Latin covered by the Thesaurus Linguae Latinae. Contributions that take an account of modern developments of linguistics are especially welcome. The conference will be held in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Latin.

Call for Papers:

The organizers of the 18th ICLL in Toulouse invite you to submit abstracts for general sessions or a workshop.

Abstracts should not exceed 500 words (exclusive of references) and should clearly state research questions, approach, method, data, and (expected) results. Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 31 October 2014.

Abstracts should be registered and submitted via the Submit Abstract form:

Presentations will be 20 minutes plus 10 minutes question time.

Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by the Scientific committee and the Evaluation committee. Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be given by 30 January 2015.
