Dear All,

I would like to find out what negation strategies are used for locational predications in Kawésqar (ISO code alc-CHL). I have consulted two descriptions: (Aguilera 2001, Clairis 1985). There are multiple examples of negation of possession and negation of existence in Clairis but nothing on negation of location; the discussion of negation of locatives in Aguilera is fascinating but I haven’t been able to find anything on their negation. Knowing about this is important for the classification I am working on.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. I am aware of the bibliography listed in Glottolog. Contact information to anyone who might be working on Kawésqar will be highly valued as well.

Many thanks in advance.

My best wishes,
Ljuba
