2nd Call for Papers:

The deadline for submission of abstracts for the 2014 Linguistics Spring Colloquium at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has been extended one week to Sunday, January 19th at 11:59PM.

The Colloquium will take place at the University of North Carolina campus on Saturday, March 22, 2014. Papers are welcome from any subfield of linguistics. Presentations will be 20 minutes long (in English) followed by a 10 minute discussion period. PDF files are preferred for the submission of abstracts, but they may also be sent in plain text, Word, or RTF formats. Abstracts should be no longer than one page in 12-pt font with an optional second page for examples, figures, tables, or references. Please do not include any author information in your abstract, but provide the following information in the body of your email message:

1. Title of paper
2. Author's name(s) and affiliation(s)
3. Email address
4. Mailing address and phone number

Electronic submissions are required and should be sent to the following address (please send abstracts as an attachment to the email message): UNCLing2014Colloq at unc.edu

Only one abstract from each individual as a first author can be considered for acceptance. One individual abstract and one jointly authored abstract may be submitted.
