Description:

The Bundiyarra-Irra Wangga Language Program is seeking an experienced linguist to work on the documentation, preservation and revitalisation of seven Aboriginal languages of the Midwest, Murchison and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia. Successful applicants must possess a range of skills in project management, linguistic analysis, research, teaching and people management.
 
The salary component of the remuneration is in the range of $59,000 pa (plus salary sacrifice options).
 
This is a full-time position based in Geraldton, W.A. Bundiyarra is a supportive environment for both field and office based linguistic work.
