The Fryske Akademy (Frisian Academy) organizes the 20th Frysk Filologekongres (Frisian Philologists' Conference), in Leeuwarden, on December 10 to 12. Each day will start with a plenary session, followed by parallel sessions. An evening session on Education will take place at Thursday.

The conference will be held at Grand-Café Restaurant De Koperen Tuin, Prinsentuin 1, in Leeuwarden. The conference fee is Euros 100 to cover the entire conference, or Euros 40 per day (including conference documentation, coffee/tea, and lunch).
