Description:

The School of Education, Teaching & Health (SETH) in the College of Arts and Sciences seeks applicants for a one-­‐year full-time term position to support its graduate education programs, subject to budgetary approval. The new faculty member will be responsible for directing the program and teaching five courses during the academic year. The content areas will emphasize Bilingual Education and may focus on one or more of the following: Educational Research, Social Contexts, or International Perspectives. 

The term faculty member will also supervise practica experiences and internships, market the program to prospective students, participate in SETH's advising program, serve as a member of the SETH Faculty Council, and participate in University service activities. Requirements for this position include a doctoral degree, including advanced study in Education. Previous university teaching experience required.
