Full Title: Open Linguistics

Linguistic Field(s): General Linguistics

Open Linguistics invites linguistic articles for a new online Open Access journal, published on an on-going basis by De Gruyter Open. An international editorial team covers a wide range of linguistics subfields and assures the high quality of contributions.

Professor Sabine Ehrhart from University of Luxembourg is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal. Open Linguistics Editorial Advisory Board members are prominent scientists representing many linguistics subfields and scholars from around the world (UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Spain, Poland, Iran and USA) support the journal as Section Editors.

The main idea of Open Linguistics is to bring together different points of view and directions in linguistics. Articles are invited on topics including but not limited to: all levels of linguistic description (phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics), sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, discourse analysis, first and second language acquisition, language policy and planning, computational linguistics, historical linguistics, and anthropological linguistics.

Open Linguistics is devoted to sharing ideas, knowledge, and the results of original research with a global community of scholars. Our aim is to foster collaboration within the community instead of division.

For further information please see the web page of the journal: http://www.degruyter.com/view/j/opli

The submission system is available under the address: http://www.editorialmanager.com/opli/

Submitted papers will be rigorously peer-reviewed and after acceptance they will be made available on-line. There are no submission fees for the first two issues.
