Description:

The Department of Linguistics and English Language announces a continuing status track, professorial position in linguistics. Applications are invited from any field of linguistics, although preferential consideration will be given to those in the fields of translation, quantitative methods, computational approaches to language, semantics, pragmatics, or sociolinguistics. 

The applicant must hold a PhD (or must have a completed PhD by August 2015). Primary responsibilities include teaching, research, publishing, supervision of master’s theses, and citizenship assignments. Starting rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
