Meeting Description:

The 3rd International Conference on English Language and Anglophone Literatures Today (ELALT 3) focuses on all aspects of English language studies, anglophone literature and culture.

Host Institution and Venue:

Host institution: Department of English, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad.
Venue: Faculty of Philosophy, Dr Zorana Đinđića 2, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia

Conference Fee:

The full conference fee is 40 euros, and there is a reduced fee of 20 euros for students. Early registration, until February 16, 2015, is 30 euros. The conference fee includes participation in all sessions of the conference, the conference package (book of abstracts, conference programme, map of Novi Sad, etc.), light refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch. All participants are expected to pay their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Call for Papers:

We welcome original contributions addressing a wide range of topics, including: phonetics and phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics and discourse analysis, contrastive and contact linguistics, language teaching and language acquisition, translation studies, cultural studies, literary history and theory across cultures and disciplines, literary genres, approaches to literature, contemporary writing, women's voices, literature and the media, literature and film, and poetry today.

In order to participate in the activities of ELALT 3, the authors of single-authored papers must register for the conference; in case of co-authored papers, only the first author registers.
