The Department of Linguistics at Simon Fraser University is pleased to be hosting the 33rd West Coast Conference on Formal Linguistics (WCCFL 33), to be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, March 27-29, 2015. The conference will provide a forum for the presentation of talks and posters of the highest quality in theoretical and formal linguistics.

2nd Call for Papers:

Deadline: October 21, 2014

The Department of Linguistics at Simon Fraser University is pleased to invite abstracts for submission to the 33rd West Coast Conference on Formal Linguistics (WCCFL 33) to be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, March 27-29, 2015.

Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks and posters on all aspects of theoretical linguistics.

Instructions for Abstract Submission:

Abstracts are not to exceed two pages of letter-sized (8.5''x 11'') paper, including data and references, with 1'' margins on all sides, set in a font no smaller than 11 points. The abstract should have a clear title but should not identify the author(s). The abstract must be submitted electronically in PDF format, using the electronic submission website, accessible from:

Submissions are limited to one individual and one joint abstract per author, or two joint abstracts per author.

Important Dates:

Abstract submission deadline: October 21, 2014, 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time
Notification of acceptance: Mid December, 2014
Conference date: March 27-29, 2015
