General Description:

SinFonIJA is a formal linguistics conference organized each year by a different institution in southeastern Europe, including the area of former Yugoslavia, Austria and Hungary, covering all major areas of theoretical linguistics. Previous successful editions took place in Sarajevo (2009), Novi Sad (2010), Budapest (2011), Vienna (2012) and Niš (2013). The section of theoretical linguistics at the Department of English is pleased to announce that the 7th instantiation will take place at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz, Austria, on September 25-27 2014.
