Meeting Description:

With a general topic on dialect regions, dialect borders and transition zones ('Räume - Grenzen - Übergänge'), the 5th congress of the 'Internationale Gesellschaft für Dialektologie des Deutschen' (IGDD) will be held from 10th to 12th September 2015 at the University of Luxembourg.

Vom 10. bis 12. September 2015 wird an der mehrsprachigen Universität Luxemburg der 5. Kongress der Internationalen Gesellschaft für Dialektologie des Deutschen (IGDD) stattfinden. Unter dem Rahmenthema 'Räume - Grenzen - Übergänge' sollen aktuelle Konzepte zu sprachlichen Raum- und Grenzbildungen vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Daneben bietet der Kongress auch Raum für Präsentationen zu allen Bereichen der modernen Dialektologie. Die IGDD und der Veranstalter Peter Gilles laden alle Interessenten herzlich zur Teilnahme ein.

Der Luxemburger Kongress beginnt am Mittwoch, dem 9.09., ca. 19.00 Uhr mit einem Warm-up und wird am Samstag, 12.09. beendet sein. Genauere Informationen werden ab Sommer 2014 auf der Homepage http://igdd2015.uni.lu zur Verfügung stehen.

Der Tagungsbeitrag beträgt 25 EUR €€€ für Mitglieder der IGDD und 40 €€€EUR für Nicht-Mitglieder.

Deadline extension of the Call for Papers of the 5th Congress of the International Society for the Dialectology of German: 'Räume - Grenzen - Übergänge', held at the University of Luxembourg, 10-12 September 2015.

The deadline for Call for Papers has been extended to the 15 October 2014.
