Call for Papers:

The 7th Pronunciation in Second Language Learning and Teaching Conference invites proposals for papers and posters on all topics related to naturalistic and classroom pronunciation acquisition and learning. We especially welcome proposals for papers on L2 pronunciation and discourse. Possible paper topics include descriptive and experimental studies, re-examinations of key research findings (e.g., intelligibility, comprehensibility and accentedness) in new languages, technology in the teaching of pronunciation, and innovative approaches to teacher education.

In addition to papers related to pronunciation and discourse, the conference invites proposals for papers or posters on any aspect of pronunciation research, teaching and learning. Papers will be given in English. Deadline for abstract submission is April 15, 2015. Notifications of acceptance will be made by May 15.

Abstracts should be given a descriptive title, be double-spaced, have no more than 350 words (including references if included) and should specify the type of format desired: 

- Presentation (20 minutes plus questions)
- Poster (a dedicated 90 minute poster session)
- Presentation/poster (either is ok)
