Meeting Description:

The Institute of Linguistics, Adam Mickiewicz University is organizing the Second Conference on Languages for Special Purposes and Small Languages. The Conference will be held on 16 May 2015 in Poznań, Poland. 

Conference Fee:

Early payment by 10 April 2015: 50 euro
Payment from 11 April 2015 and at the conference: 75 euro

The conference fee includes the cost of the conference lunch, tea breaks and publication of papers after positive reviews.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellations the conference fee is not refunded. However, the contributors may submit their papers.

Call for Papers:

We invite contributions touching upon the following topics:

Languages for Special Purposes e.g.:
LSP translation and interpreting e.g.:
LSP communication (including translation and interpreting) versus small (diffusion) languages
Language of logistics
Language of hunters

We also invite proposals concerning organizing other thematic sessions. Session proposals and any questions should be submitted to the following address: small.languages.amu at gmail.com by 20 March. Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to participants by 30 March.

Presentation slots should not exceed 30 minutes (20 minutes long presentation plus 10 minutes for questions). Power Point presentations are invited (Power Point MS Office 98-2003). Papers from the conference will be published after reviews.
