Today, we’re featuring an appealing Burmese dish, Nga Pyaw Thi [ŋəpyɔ́θí],
along with an English translation:

ဤဟင်းချက်နည်းအကြောင်းသိကောင်းစရာ
ဤနည်းသည် မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာဟင်းချက်နည်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာသို့
ပထမဦးဆုံးအကြိမ်ပြန်ဆိုခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

လိုအပ်သည့်ပစ္စည်းများ
ငှက်ပျောသီး တစ်လုံး (ဆာနေလျှင်ပိုယူနိုင်သည်။)

ကြာချိန်
သုည (သင်အလုပ်များနေလျှင်ပိုကြာနိုင်သည်။)

ချက်ပြုတ်နည်း
မီးခြစ် နှင့် ထင်းရှာပြီး မီးမွှေးပါ။

ငှက်ပျောသီးကိုအခွံနွှာပါ။ မြန်မာ့နည်း မြန်မာ့ဟန်ဖြင့်နွှာရမည်။
အမေရိကန်နှင့်ဥရောပတိုက်သားများ၏ ငှက်ပျောသီးနွှာဟန် မြန်မာနှင့်မတူပါ။

တစ်ကိုက်ကိုက်ပါ။ ငှက်ပျောသီးကုန်သည့်အထိ တစ်ကိုက်ပြီးတစ်ကိုက်ဆက်ကိုက်ပါ။

အခွံကိုလွှင့်ပစ်ပါ။ စနစ်တကျမပစ်ပါက မတော်တဆထိခိုက်မှုများဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

မီးငြိမ်းပါ။

Story behind this Recipe:
This is a traditional Burmese recipe translated for the first time into
English.

Ingredients:
1 banana

Cooking Time:
None (longer if you’re busy)

Units:
US

Serves:
1 (more if you’re not very hungry)

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Peel the banana. Note: for an authentic Burmese preparation of Nga Pyaw Thi,
peel the banana at the end opposite the stem.

Take a bite of the banana. Repeat as necessary.

Discard the banana peel. Note: comical accidents can occur when banana peels
are not properly discarded.

Turn off the oven.
