Subject: First Issue of Isogloss, a Journal on Variation

Isogloss. A journal on variation of Romance and Iberian languages studies
language variation in these languages from a comparative perspective. In doing
so, it offers a forum for discussion of different approaches, either
theoretically or descriptively oriented, that help us progress in our
understanding of such varieties, their differences, and similarities.

This peer-reviewed journal issues twice per year. The first issue, including
an interview with Noam Chomsky, came out in February 2015. Being an Open
Journal, this issue and the ones to come (next one, autumn 2015) are freely
available at the following link:
http://revistes.uab.cat/isogloss/index

Submissions in English are welcome (at the link above) from any theoretical
persuasion and on any topic related to variation in Romance and Iberian
languages: syntax, morphology, phonology/phonetics, lexicon, semantics,
pragmatics, sociolinguistics, classical dialectology, etc.
