The XI International Congress of the Latin American Discourse Studies
Association (ALED) wants to celebrate the twenty years of the creation of this
association and to promote the debate and discussion about main issues of
discourse analysis from different perspectives.


Call for Papers:

Call for abstracts ends on April 13, 2015. April 30, 2015 the participants will be noticed if they had been approved.

Abstracts should be 250-300 words.

Abstract format: Times New Roman font, size 12, simple space. The title must be centred and in capital letters, full name in the next line also centred, indicating university, email and thematic area of the paper. The abstract must refer to the theoretical framework, the objectives of the work, methodology, corpus and tentative conclusions. They can be presented both in Spanish or Portuguese.

Specific topic or focus: discourse studies: theoretic and methodological debates, discourse and media, political speech, discourse and verbal interaction, discourse studies and education, digital discourses and new technologies.
