Description:
Croaticum, Centre for Croatian as a Second and Foreign Language at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, is pleased to invite you to the Little Summer School of Croatian Language and Culture, held in June and July of 2015. 

Classes are offered for six levels in accordance with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR) standards:

- 1A (comparable with A2+)
- 1B (comparable with B1)
- 2A (comparable with B1+)
- 2B (comparable with B2)
- 3A (comparable with B2+)
- 3B (comparable with C1)

The study programme for each level consists of 75 lessons, which include 60 language exercise lessons, seven speaking exercise lessons, and eight lessons/workshops in Croatian culture.

At the end of the programme, participants will take an exam to obtain a certificate. The certificate obtained does not mean that the whole level at which classes took place was mastered (as is the case with certificates obtained at the end of semester classes at Croaticum). If necessary, such one-month courses may take place in September or February, before the beginning of semester classes.

The program is worth five European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits if completed successfully.

Application fees are paid upon arrival. 

The classification exam for the Little Summer School will be held on Monday 23/06/2015 at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ivana Lučića 3, Zagreb.

Participants who finished a certain level during the Summer Semester Course 2014/2015 do not have to write the exam, but they do have to be present for the registration and group classification.
