Description:

University of Texas at El Paso.  The Department of Psychology invites applications for two open-rank faculty positions. Both appointments are scheduled to start in the Fall 2016 semester. Position 1: Social or Cultural Psychology, broadly defined. Contact Michael A. Zarate, socialsearch at utep.edu.  Position 2: Bilingualism or Second Language Acquisition. Applicants with cognitive, developmental, or neuropsychological approaches are especially encouraged to apply. Contact Wendy S. Francis, wfrancis at utep.edu. Required Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Psychology; published research; potential to attract external funding; and the ability to teach and direct research.
