Chères / chers collègues,

Envie de réunir des collègues pour une journée scientifique ? Si oui, pensez aux ateliers AFLS.

Les ateliers AFLS, rencontres généralement d’un ou de deux jours entre chercheurs, portent sur des thèmes variés en langue et linguistique françaises ; les approches présentées pourront être théoriques, pratiques ou didactiques. A la différence d’un colloque, l’atelier prend en général une thématique très ciblée, avec des questions de recherche assez précises à discuter.

Le financement peut être demandé par tout membre de l’AFLS qui souhaite organiser un atelier, que ce soit en Grande-Bretagne (l’AFLS est à l’origine une association britannique) ou ailleurs.

La contribution de l’AFLS s’élève à un montant maximum de 250 livres sterling (environ 340 euros ou 380 dollars US).

Dear colleagues,

Are you interested in bringing together colleagues for a workshop? If so, don’t forget AFLS workshop grants.

AFLS workshops are one to two-day events bringing together researchers working on various themes in French language and linguistics studies; workshop themes can be theoretical, practical or can concern language teaching and learning. Workshops, in comparison to conferences, concentrate on specific areas with detailed research questions with the hope of providing answers to some of these.

Funding can be requested by all AFLS members looking to organise a workshop, whether in Great Britain (AFLS is originally a British association) or abroad.

AFLS workshop grants do not exceed 250 pounds sterling (roughly 340 euros or 380 US dollars).
