Meeting Description:

Within the framework of the research area “Language and Cognition: Corpora, Behavior and Education” carried out at the MSHS of the University of Poitiers, the project “Parole” will be hosting a two-day workshop on the study of the syllable on November 12-13, 2015. This workshop aims at assessing the state-of-the-art in current research on the syllable. It will also be a great opportunity for researchers working on various languages and from different fields to meet and present their work. This workshop will be followed by an international conference in 2016.

Abstract Submission:

Abstracts should be written in English or in French. They should not exceed two pages, (A4, Times, font size 12, MS Word and PDF format) and include a title as well as selected references. Abstracts are strictly anonymous and must be sent to syllabe2015 at gmail.com, along with a second document including the name of the author(s), their contact information, institutional information and the title of the presentation. Please make sure abstracts do not contain any information that may lead to the identification of the author(s).

All submissions will be reviewed through a double-blind evaluation process and discussed by the scientific committee.
