Focus: Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (FCSH-NOVA) and Centro de Linguística da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (CLUNL) organize the NOVA LISBON SUMMER SCHOOL AND GRADUATE CONFERENCE IN LINGUISTICS - 2016 open to all graduate students interested in enrolling.

The summer school offers 10 courses in the following areas: Psycholinguistics and Generative Grammar, Text and Discourse Linguistics, Terminology and Lexicography, Cognitive Linguistics.
Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate

Ten Summer School Courses are offered in the following areas (6 ECTS -
European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System each):

Psycholinguistics and Generative Grammar

- The Psycholinguistics of Grammar – Colin Phillips (University of Maryland)
- Issues on the acquisition of pronouns – Maria Lobo & Ana Madeira

Text and Discourse Linguistics
- Textuality, discursivity and figuration: several theoretical and
methodological approaches and their educational implications – Jean-Paul
Bronckart & Ecaterina Bulea-Bronckart (Université de Genève)
-Text Linguistics and language teaching – Joaquim Dolz (Université de Genève)
- Portuguese Forms & Constructions – Teresa Brocardo (FCSH/NOVA, CLUNL), Clara

Terminology and Lexicography
