''New Directions in Language Teaching Pedagogy: ICT, an Impetus for Change?''

The conference is jointly organized with Tunisia TESOL, from 7-8 April 2016,
at the Arid Regions Institute in Medenine. It is convened to be a forum
bringing together the various stakeholders (researchers, teachers. education
policy makers. students, ICT experts etc.) to share their ideas, insights,
concerns. research results, and personal constructions of ''best practices,''
informed and enhanced by the judicious use of ICT.

As Fullan (1991) asserted, innovation with ICT cannot be assimilated unless
its meaning is shared. Hence, we have chosen ''Share. Reflect, Empower'', as a
motto for our conference.
