Meeting Description:

In tribute to Professor Geneviève de Weck, the 13th speech therapy conference
will be dedicated to a theme at the heart of her research interests: ''From
interaction to intervention: what keys?'', which she explored all along her
academic career. With her socio-interactionist approach, she contributed to
the development of clinical speech therapy by highlighting the role of
interaction, which cannot be dissociated from its social and contextual
dimension: the type of discourse, the context of production, the type of
activity, the type of interlocutor, etc., determine the situation of
interaction that regulates speech therapy interviews, from evaluation to
intervention. In particular, she contributed to show the existence of
discursive or pragmatic disorders, as well as to identify the resources that
patients have and that can be used during speech therapy treatment.
The role of interaction is now well recognised in clinical speech therapy, yet
the approaches that explicitly integrate the contribution of social
interactionism to speech therapy intervention are still rare. The 13th
conference thus not only intends to outline the importance of such an approach
– interactionism – during practice, but also aims to undertake the examination
of major understanding keys on interaction for a better intervention, in light
of the last acquired knowledge.
Language and speech therapists, we welcome you to contribute to that events,
either in attending to the colloquium, or in presenting your recent work
according to theme of the colloquium.

The languages of the conference are English and French.

consultation logopédique d'un jeune 
- Prof. Nicola Botting (City University London) - Dynamic Assessment of
language and communication
- Prof. Virginie Laval (Université de Poitiers)- Comment étudier la
compréhension dans l’interaction sociale ?
- Prof. Stefano Rezzonico (Université de Montréal)- L’apport de la recherche
sur les interactions sur l’intervention logopédique
- Prof. Katharina J. Rohlfing (Universität Paderborn) - Do children’s own
pointing gestures scaffold their verbal behavior?- Evidence from typically
developed and late talking children
- Prof. Anne Salazar Orvig (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris 3)- Dialogue
et interaction au cœur de la réflexion sur l’acquisition et la pathologie du
langage
- Prof. Audette Sylvestre (Université Laval, Québec)- Interaction
parent-enfant et développement langagier d'enfants négligés âgés de 3,5 ans

Appel à communications :

Nous encourageons les chercheurs et les cliniciens à soumettre leurs travaux.
Hormis les conférences plénières, plusieurs sessions seront organisées en
parallèle selon les formats suivants : 

- Communication orale : 20 minutes + 10 minutes de discussion
- Posters : affichés durant des sessions spéciales ainsi que durant les
pauses
- Symposium : composés de 3-4 interventions partageant une thématique
commune. Les  conférenciers peuvent choisir de contribuer au colloque sous
forme de symposium. Le comité scientifique se réserve le droit de regrouper
certaines contributions si la thématique le permet.
- Atelier interactif : présentation orale de 1 heure, orienté vers la
pratique et interactif avec le public 

Chaque soumission fait l’objet d’un résumé (400 mots max) à soumettre en
ligne (page soumission). Les responsables de symposium doivent préalablement
soumettre une proposition au comité d'organisation.

Les langues de la conférence sont l'Anglais et le Français.

Thèmes:

Les clés « de l’interagir à l’intervenir » permettront d’aborder les thèmes
suivants : 

- Approches théoriques de l’interaction 
- Modalités des interactions (verbale et non-verbale, orale et écrite, etc.) 
- Socialisation à travers l’interaction et le langage 
- Lien entre compétences interactionnelles et capacités langagières
(développement et troubles) 
- L’interaction comme cadre et/ou outils d’évaluation (grille d’observation,
questionnaire, ...) 
- L’interaction comme forme d’intervention (systématisation, stratégies
d’étayage et modèles d’intervention, utilisation et exploitation des
ressources du patient) 
- Compétences interactionnelles de sujets bilingues/plurilingues 
- Expertise clinique au cœur de l’interaction (synthèses des expériences,
prise en compte des valeurs du patient et accroissement des connaissances)

Les inscriptions seront ouvertes dès le 10 mai 2016 et se feront uniquement en
ligne jusqu'au 15 octobre 2016. 

Frais d’inscription:

Les frais d'inscription comprennent le colloque, l’apéritif du lundi soir,
les collations qui seront servies pendant les pauses, ainsi que le dossier
avec le programme définitif et les résumés des conférences et
présentations. 

Les frais d’inscription varient en fonction du type de participation:

Avec contribution : 
- Intervenants (communication orale, poster, symposium) : CHF50.--/EUR46.--  
Sans contribution : 
- Inscription jusqu'au 15 septembre 2016 : CHF 180.--/EUR 164.-- 
- Inscription dès le 16 septembre 2016 : CHF 200.--/EUR 182.-- 
- Etudiants/doctorants : CHF 50.--/EUR 46.-- (sur présentation d'un
justificatif) 

Pour les cliniciens-formateurs avec bons de l'UniNE à 50% et/ou 100% :
- Rabais selon le nombre de bons (max. 1 par jour)
- Inscription obligatoire même pour les cliniciens-formateurs avec 2 bons à
100% 

Repas du 7 novembre 2016 (soir) : sur inscription, à charge des participants.
