Description:

The Department of Languages and Cultures of Loyola University New Orleans
invites applications for a one-year position of Lecturer with equivalent rank
of Assistant Professor of Spanish/English Translation & Interpreting. This is
a contract position beginning August 2016, with the possibility of renewal.
Teaching load is 4 classes/semester. Courses include beginning, intermediate,
and advanced courses in Spanish, and courses in Translation/Interpreting.
Certification as a Translator and/or Interpreter required. M.A. in related
field required. Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, and
experience teaching at the undergraduate level required.
