業務内容
・日本語のトランスクリプションとアノテーションを行うチームの日常業務と拡張をサポート。
・各地にいる言語学専門家やマネージャーと協力し 、日本語以外の言語との整合性を図りつつ、各ワークフローのガイドラインに沿ってデータの統一性を守る。
・チーム全体の効率と精度についての目標値を設定。
・テクニカルな問題やその他業務に関わる案件が解決されるようチームメンバーの手助けをする。
・トランスクリプションのガイドラインに関する変更点を検証。
・ツールの機能をテスト。
・新分野への拡張を可能にするプロセスを実験的に導入。
・トランスクリプションに使われるツールやプロセスの有効性を常に監視し、効率、品質、拡張性が向上できるようなソリューションを提示。
・データを受領する部署からの依頼に応じてデータ分析を実施。

基本的な条件

・母国語が日本語、あるいはネイティブに近い日本語力。読み書きと会話ともに必須。
・漢字、平仮名、片仮名などを使って日本語を入力可能。
・言語学あるいは関連分野で学士号を保有し、日本語言語学を専門的に学習した経験あり。
・優れた英語力。読み書きと会話ともに必須。
・日本各地のアクセントや方言を含む音声を問題なく聞き取ることが可能。
・言語データを扱った経験が3年以上あり。
・規模が大きく、変化が頻繁に起こる環境でリーダーシップをとった経験あり。
・優れたコミュニケーション力があり、情報を要領よく整理でき、細部まで入念に気配りできる。
・迅速なペースの中で同僚と協力しあって働くことができる。
・複数のプロジェクトを同時にサポートでき、優先順位が変更するたびに臨機応変に対応可能。

望ましい条件

・言語学あるいは関連分野で修士号か博士号を保有。
・音声データあるいは言語データを扱う業務（アノテーションやその他のデータマークアップを含む）の経験あり。
・2年以上部下を管理した経験あり。
・データ処理のニーズや困難な側面について具体的な知識を有する。

Amazon is seeking an experienced Data Specialist to join our data team as a
Japanese language expert. This role focuses on speech transcription, text
annotation, and general data analysis deliverables. The Data Specialist will
become an expert in the transcription and annotation processes, assist in the
training and support of the transcription team, maintain and monitor accuracy
and throughput standards, and be a key member in developing new conventions
and forms of markup and annotation. In addition, the Data Specialist will be
asked to handle unique data analysis requests that support the overall
