We are delighted to announce ’De llibres i roses: the First California
Symposium
on Catalan Studies’, to take place at the University of California, Los
Angeles, on April
24, 2017. This first edition of the conference seeks to be a point of
reference for all
scholars working in the field of Catalan Studies.


Call for Papersː

Please submit your abstract with approximately 250 words in length via e-mail
to grepisopu at ucla.edu and dagenais at humnet.ucla.edu by January 15, 2017.

The email should include your name, institution affiliation, paper title, and
email address. Paper presentations must not exceed 20 minutes and may be
presented in Catalan, English, or Spanish. Presenters will be notified of
acceptance no later than January 31, 2017.
