Subject: What are the differences between these sentences?

ⅰ My wife made me stop smoking.
ⅱ My wife had me stop smoking.
ⅲ My wife got me stop smoking.
ⅳ My wife let me stop smoking.

I think all these sentences have similar meaning, but in fact, there are
differences due to the causative verbs used.

I want to investigate proper usage of causative verbs by looking differences
among these sentences.

Then, please tell me what differences exist between these sentences and what
kind of situations can each sentences be used in?
