Research Postgraduate Scholarships in Hong Kong
The department of English @ the Chinese University of Hong Kong

The Department of English at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) boasts
an outstanding faculty who are internationally recognized for their work in
the area of Applied English Linguistics. Ranked within the top 40 Departments
of English in the world and within the top five in Asia (QS Rankings, 2013),
the Department of English at CUHK is currently seeking outstanding
postgraduate students with research interests that complement those of the
faculty.

In conjunction with the Hong Kong government, the Department of English is
able to offer full funding for study through the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship
Scheme. 

The Fellowship provides a monthly stipend of HK$20,000 and a conference travel
allowance of HK$10,000 per year. The application deadline is December 1, 2016.
