Description:

The Department of Anthropology at Yale University seeks to hire a
sociocultural or linguistic anthropologist into a tenure-track position at the
rank of Assistant Professor. Topic and area specializations are open, and
should complement the research and teaching interests of current faculty. The
Department sees particular opportunities for expansion in the areas of
science/technology studies or gender/sexuality studies. The appointment is
scheduled to begin July 1st, 2017.
