Description:

The George Mason University, Department of English, Program in Linguistics
announces a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Linguistics with a
specialization in syntax beginning Fall 2017. George Mason University has a

The linguistics program at George Mason offers a Ph.D., M.A., an undergraduate
concentration, and various minors in linguistics. Information about the

Qualifications: 

Ph.D. in Linguistics is required. A secondary specialization in second
language acquisition or psycholinguistics is strongly favored. Must
demonstrate potential for excellence in scholarship, and in graduate and
undergraduate teaching.
