We are pleased to announce Lingthusiasm, a podcast that’s enthusiastic about
linguistics! Each month, your boring commute or chores gets transformed into a
lively linguistics conversation between Gretchen McCulloch
(www.allthingslinguistic.com/) and Lauren Gawne (www.superlinguo.com).
Lingthusiasm is made by linguists with an extensive history of public outreach
and our listeners include linguists, linguistics students and non-linguists
who are interested in how language works.

You can listen to Lingthusiasm on iTunes, Soundcloud, Google Play Music,
YouTube or most other podcast apps via rss. Links to all these are on the
Lingthusiasm website: www.lingthusiasm.com/about

The first six episodes touch on topics including grue, obviation, heptapods

04: Inside the Word of the Year vote
05: Colour words around the world and inside your brain
