Meeting Description:

SSLL is an annual conference which is held for the promotion of sign language
linguistics, and also for a better understanding of human language by
comparing and analyzing signed and spoken languages. English/Japanese,
ASL/English, JSL/Japanese interpretation will be provided and the
presentations will be webcast on Ustream.


Call for Papers:

 We invite presentations (30 minutes presentation, followed by 10 minutes
questions and answers) on any topics related to sign languages linguistics
and/or a comparison between signed and spoken languages.

Abstracts should be in English (no more than 500 words, both in a PDF and
MS-Word or other modifiable format) should be submitted to
SSLL2017.submit at minpaku.ac.jp

Do not include the name(s) of the authors in the attached files.

Please write the following in the subject line: SSLL abstract submission. In
the body of the message, please indicate the title of the presentation, the
name(s) of the author(s), affiliation, and the corresponding author's e-mail
address.

Abstract submission due: April 30, 2017

Acceptance notification: May 31, 2017

*Those who need the notification earlier, please specify when you submit an
abstract.
