Description:

The Department of Linguistics is seeking applications for a College Fellow in
historical linguistics. Expertise in a second area of linguistics, such as
morphology or syntax is strongly desirable.  Teaching duties will include
teaching Linguistics 104 (Word Structure), Linguistics 118 (Historical and
Comparative Linguistics) and a third course yet to be determined with 25% of
the appointment reserved for the Fellow’s own research.  The Fellow may also
advise and evaluate senior theses.  Doctorate or terminal degree is required
by the start of the 2017-18 academic year, and must have been received no
earlier than 2013.  The appointment is for one year.
