Focus: CreteLing 2018 focuses on Theoretical Linguistics (Syntax, Semantics, Phonology, Morphology, syntax-semantics interface, phonology-syntax interface), Sign Language,  language evolution, animal communication and historical linguistics.
Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate


Description:
The Division of Linguistics at the University of Crete announces the 2nd
Summer School in Linguistics. CreteLing2018 will take place from July 16 to
July 27, 2018. There will be introductory courses and advanced seminars on
syntax, phonology, sign language, morphology, semantics, syntax-semantics
interface, phonology-syntax interface, language evolution, animal
communication and historical linguistics. There will also be two workshops
taking place within the CreteLing2018, which will be announced in January
2018. 
The application form will be available online in mid January 2018 via the
school’s website (http://www.phl.uoc.gr/confs/cssl18/). Please note that
availability in the dorms and for attending is limited, so please consult our
website for more information.
