Meeting Description:

Korea TESOL is bringing FAB 11 to our National Conference and to Korea for the
first time ever! Originating in Japan, FAB puts on conferences on
''neuro-ELT''; that is, the  findings from neuroscience/neurolinguistics and
their application to English teaching.

Saturday will feature two plenary sessions, with NeuroELT sessions throughout
the day, as well as general ELT concurrent sessions.

Sunday will feature an all-day series of NeuroELT workshops.

Plenary Speakers: 

Curtis Kelly (Kansai University)
Robert Murphy (University of Kitakyushu. 

Additional Speakers:

Marc Helgesen (Miyagi Gakuin Women's College)
Tim Murphey (Kanda University of International Studies).


Call for Proposals:

FAB 11 & KOTESOL National Conference 2017
Theme: ''Boosting the Power of ELT ㅡ FABulously!''

KOTESOL is presently accepting proposals for the FAB 11 & KOTESOL National
Conference 2017.
KOTESOL is accepting presentation proposals on all ELT-related topics for its
concurrent session slots.

Proposal Submission Deadline: March 1, 2017.

Topic areas: Any area related to ELT. (Please note: FAB is accepting neuro-ELT
proposals separately. Apply to one, not both.)

- Presentation Length: 20 or 45 minutes.
- Presentation Format: Workshop, demonstration, talk, or research report.

Abstract Length: 200-250 words.
Bio-sketch: 75-100 words
Abstracts should be mainly devoted to a precise description of what will be
presented and how.
(Note: In addition to the abstract and bio-sketch, include requested
presentation length and presentation format in your proposal.)
