Description:

Michigan State University seeks to fill a one-year, fixed-term position in
Linguistics, with a specialization in Psycholinguistics. The position will
begin August 16, 2017 as a nine-month, non-renewable, academic year
appointment in the Department of Linguistics and Germanic, Slavic, Asian and
African Languages. Candidates should be at least ABD with PhD preferred, and a
record of excellence in teaching Psycholinguistics, preferably in the U.S.
Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications. The successful candidate
will bring innovative teaching and research ideas to the position. We welcome
applicants who would especially benefit from collaborative opportunities. The
teaching load is 3-3.
