Description:

A Learning Content Developer is responsible for content creation, maintenance
and updates for online learning materials serving adult students around the
world. They will also be active in discussions and projects related to
innovation in digital and hybrid language learning.

Responsibilities:

- writing learning materials and other content for online delivery
- contributing to the development of innovative learning products
- creation and maintenance of project documentation
- editing and maintenance of existing content
- working with cross-functional project teams to develop multimedia materials
for online delivery
- delivering projects on-time and according to business requirements

Required:
- CELTA + 3 years’ teaching experience / MA TESOL or Applied Linguistics with
1 year teaching experience / Trinity Dip. with 2 years’ experience
- Experience in ESL/ELT materials development
- Experience teaching English to adults

Preferred:
- experience using digital learning platforms
- experience in teaching or materials development for digital delivery

Skills/Competencies:
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in written English
- excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize
and consistently meet deadlines
- ability to take actions based on feedback
- familiarity with of a variety of pedagogical approaches
- ability to adapt to new technology as required
- effective written and oral communication skills
- creativity, enthusiasm, energy and team spirit
- familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- familiarity with EF online products
