Meeting Description: 

The International Workshop ‘The grammar of reference and quantification:
functions, variation, and change’ will take place at the University of Bologna
(Italy), June 15-16 2017, as the 2017 edition of the series ‘Workshops on
Referential Expressions in Discourse (RED)’. It is organized by Klaus von
Heusinger (Universität zu Köln, Germany), Chiara Gianollo (Università di
Bologna, Italy) and Nicola Grandi (Università di Bologna, Italy).
The meeting continues the discussion opened during the 2016 version on the
interface properties of reference and quantification: this time the
participants will discuss the written version of their contribution, in order
to produce a joint publication. 

Attendance is free. For organizational reasons, we would appreciate an email
to chiara.gianollo at unibo.it.
