Description:

Requirements are as follows:

- Native language Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, English (Australia, or UK) or
Spanish (Mexico)
- Must be native and have been living in the county of the locale for 5+
years.
- Complete graduation or Master’s in Linguistics or Computational Linguistics
would be a plus
- Knowledge of XML structures.
- Experience with phonetics.
- Knowledge of LTS and TTS technologies.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Experience in Language Technology, particularly in Speech Processing, either
in academia or industry.

Preferred skills: 

- Knowledge of the International Phonetic Alphabet.
- Knowledge of a third language is important.
- Experience with the ToBI prosodic annotation standards.
- Experience with command-line interfaces.
- Expertise in Office, Excel, OneNote, preferred experience with audio
projects

Project duration: starting in July 2017 and ongoing for at least 1 year.
Minimum availability 15h/week.
