Description:

The UCLA Department of Linguistics anticipates making a full-time Lecturer
appointment for the academic year 2017-18. The appointment is to teach
undergraduate courses in Syntax, Semantics, Morphology and General
Linguistics.  

The 2017-18 academic year at UCLA will start on Monday, September 25, 2017 and
end on Friday, June 15, 2018 (
http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/Calendars/Annual-Academic-Calendar ). The
academic year is divided into three quarters and the appointee for this
position will teach two courses each quarter. Salary will be based on the
current union contract for lecturers at UCLA. The position qualifies for UCLA
full benefits. Further information will be provided at the time of hire.
