Description:

The Department of Languages and Linguistics at New Mexico State University
invites applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of
Spanish. The position involves teaching courses in Spanish at BA and MA
levels, face to face and online. Courses range from introductory to advanced
topics in language and linguistics and may include grammar and composition
courses for L2 students. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or ABD in a field
related to Spanish Linguistics, native/near-native proficiency in both Spanish
and English, a strong teaching background and an active primary research
interest in Spanish Linguistics. Experience in teaching online is necessary.
