Abstract:

Auf der Basis von authentischem dienstlichem Textmaterial untersucht der
Autor, wie in der Bundeswehr kommuniziert wird und ob es eine eigene
«militärische» Sprache gibt. Anhand von zentralen militärischen
Dienstvorschriften der Bundeswehr arbeitet er prototypische Phänomene dieser
Textart heraus, um die Existenz einer fachbezogenen militärischen Sprache
belegen zu können. Dabei ergeben sich überraschende sprachwissenschaftliche
Erkenntnisse, die auch den außermilitärischen Bereich betreffen.
