Fun Fact: Query Edition

Hey everyone,

I'm here to talk to you about the Query area of the LINGUIST List. The Query
submission area, while lower in submissions than Jobs, Conferences and Books,
is another valuable area of the LINGUIST List. The Query section allows
linguists like you to ask research questions and seek participation in
studies. This region of the LINGUIST List directly impacts the research that
you do.

We asked our Query submitters about the relevancy of the responses they
received to their research. We had 29 responses. As the chart in the image
below shows, 86% said that the responses they received due to posting on the
LINGUIST List were directly relevant to their research.
